1. Delivery coverage
ZipyGo currently delivers from a single dark store in Kolkata, West Bengal, to pincodes actively mapped to that store. Enter your delivery address in the app to check whether your location is currently serviceable — coverage is expanding as new dark stores go live.
2. Delivery timeframes
The estimated delivery time shown before checkout (typically under 15 minutes for grocery orders) is calculated from store distance and current order volume. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery window, and may extend during heavy rain, traffic disruption, or unusually high demand.
3. Delivery charges
A flat delivery fee applies to orders below the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout; orders at or above that threshold are delivered free of charge. Both the fee and the threshold are shown clearly before you pay, and may be adjusted by ZipyGo from time to time.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, you can track its status and your delivery partner's live location from the Orders screen in the app, along with an updated estimated arrival time.
5. Failed delivery attempts
If a delivery partner is unable to reach you at the delivery address provided, or you are unavailable to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If contact is unsuccessful or the address is confirmed incorrect, the order may be cancelled and any online payment refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Alcohol delivery
Alcohol orders follow the same coverage and tracking process above, with additional conditions required by law:
- Delivered only within the hours permitted by the applicable state excise authority, as configured in the app (typically late morning to early evening);
- Not delivered on declared dry days;
- Handed over only after the delivery partner verifies a valid government-issued photo ID confirming the recipient is 21 years or older and matches the verified account holder; and
- Delivery may be refused at the doorstep if ID cannot be produced or the recipient appears intoxicated, per our Terms & Conditions.
